Job summary

PACS in Napa, CA is looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehab team. You’ll evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide occupational therapy services to improve function and daily living skills, while collaborating with PTs, STs, nursing, and other team members.

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapy license required.
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy services that improve function and daily living skills
• Collaborate with PTs, STs, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Educate residents, families, and staff on treatment goals and care strategies
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and clinical standards
