Job summary

Napa Post Acute in Napa, CA is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehab team. You will evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily living and independence. You will collaborate with PTs, STs, nursing and other team members, while keeping documentation current and clear for residents and families. Napa Post Acute offers a supportive environment and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapy license is required.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or post-acute settings preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $65-$75/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN
