At Napa Post Acute, you’ll work alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team in a collaborative setting where your skills and dedication truly make a difference every day.
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide occupational therapy services that improve function and daily living skills
Collaborate with PTs, STs, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members
Complete timely and accurate documentation
Educate residents, families, and staff on treatment goals and care strategies
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and clinical standards
Current California Occupational Therapy license required
Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Passion for helping residents achieve greater independence
