Job summary

Napa Valley Care Center in Napa, CA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. In this role you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based OT interventions to improve daily living and independence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation; monitor progress.
