EY Onsite Field Support Engineer – OT role delivers hands‑on site readiness, asset onboarding, and infrastructure coordination for industrial technology deployments. You’ll translate technical plans into deployed environments and collaborate with site personnel, engineering teams, vendors, and support groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in field support, infrastructure support, networking, cybersecurity, industrial technology, or implementation roles.
• Experience supporting site-based technology deployments, infrastructure implementation, or operational readiness activities.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, IP addressing, VLANs, routing/switching concepts, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel and support onsite implementation activities as required.

Responsibilities

• Site Implementation Support: Onboarding, readiness checks, and deployment activities for OT environments.
• Network and Infrastructure Support: Installation, validation, and troubleshooting of network and security infrastructure.
• OT Asset Onboarding and Inventory Support: Documentation and onboarding of OT assets into monitoring/visibility platforms.
• Testing, Readiness, and Troubleshooting: Conduct connectivity validation, defect tracking, and escalation as needed.
