Job summary

EY is seeking an Onsite Field Support Engineer – OT to drive site readiness, asset onboarding, and infrastructure coordination for industrial technology deployments. The role requires hands-on field execution across OT environments, networking, and documentation, with strong coordination with site personnel, engineering teams, vendors, and remote support.

The ideal candidate will bring broad IT/OT experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in dynamic site

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, CS, or equivalent.
5+ years in field support, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, or implementation roles.
Experience supporting site-based deployments and operational readiness activities.
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, IP addressing, VLANs, routing/switching, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Ability to work in manufacturing/industrial environments prioritizing safety and production continuity.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination skills.
Ability to travel and support onsite activities as required.

Responsibilities

Site onboarding, readiness checks, deployment activities for OT environments.
Installation validation, connectivity checks, and troubleshooting of network/infrastructure.
Asset onboarding, inventory validation, and documentation updates.
Coordinate with project teams, site personnel, vendors, and support teams.
Prepare runbooks and handoff documentation for operations teams.
