Job summary

Anglian Water in Lincoln is seeking a proactive Enterprise SCADA specialist to maintain and manage the SCADA platform and supporting infrastructure. You will support system users, diagnose issues, and collaborate with OT colleagues across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in day-to-day operation of GeoSCADA or other Telemetry/SCADA master systems.
• Background in software engineering or networks welcome to develop OT skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Enterprise SCADA system remains available and operational.
• Monitor performance and availability issues including interfaces and data extracts.
• Troubleshoot telemetry data collection/publication, RTU communications, alarms and data extracts.
• Provide user support including account administration and provisioning Telemetry data.
• Share expert knowledge of telemetry data, protocols and alarms with Telemetry and other teams.
