Job summary

Inframark is seeking an Operational Technology Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, administer, and secure OT infrastructure for water, wastewater, and critical utility systems. The role involves Windows server/workstation administration, AD/DNS/DHCP, virtualization, SCADA/HMI/PLC support, and secure remote access across customer environments.

You will implement cybersecurity hardening, maintain network diagrams, and support startup, commissioning, and incident response activities in OT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting IT, OT, industrial networks, or utility environments.
• Experience deploying, administering, and supporting server, workstation, network, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with customer facing projects, field deployments, and operational support.
• Water, wastewater, industrial, SCADA, or critical infrastructure experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, patch, upgrade, and secure Windows Server and Workstation OS in OT environments.
• Configure AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and related services.
• Install, configure, and support virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, vSphere, Hyper-V).
• Design, deploy, support, and troubleshoot industrial network infrastructure (switching, routing, firewalls, VPNs).
• Design, deploy, support, and migrate secure remote access solutions (IPsec VPN, BeyondTrust).
• Support SCADA, HMI, PLC, alarming, telemetry, and OT communications and connectivity.
• Provide input for infrastructure design, hardware selection, and project estimates.
• Develop and maintain network diagrams, standards, and support procedures.
• Implement OT cybersecurity controls: hardening, remediation, endpoint protection, cert mgmt, secure remote access.
• Provide remote and onsite OT infrastructure support, startup and commissioning assistance.
