South West Water, part of the Pennon Group, is seeking an experienced OT Engineer to maintain and enhance critical water and wastewater OT systems. You will manage PLCs, SCADA, HMI and instrumentation, ensuring reliable operations and regulatory compliance across live environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT, operations and contractors, with a focus on diagnostics, performance optimisation and security, while offering flexible/hybrid working options and a competitive benefits

Qualifications

• Proven OT experience in PLCs/SCADA/HMI, telemetry and industrial networks.
• Experience in live fault diagnosis and system recovery.
• Attention to detail, safety mindset and regulatory compliance incl. cyber security.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on OT engineering across PLCs/SCADA/HMI and instrumentation.
• Design, install, configure and maintain OT systems for water operations.
• Ensure OT infrastructure is secure, compliant and resilient.
