Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Desktop & Infrastructure Engineer to design, administer, and support desktop computing platforms within the OT environment. You will lead endpoint management, OS deployment, software packaging, and workstation lifecycle management on a large-scale enterprise.

The role covers Tier 2 OT infrastructure support, including servers, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and virtualization. Strong troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Desktop Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience administering Windows desktop OS in an enterprise environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstation and endpoint management platforms.
• Develop and maintain desktop OS standards and configurations.
• Administer endpoint management and patching.
• Package and deploy software across OT environments.
• Manage workstation lifecycle: imaging, refresh, retirement.
• Support endpoint security technologies and ensure cybersecurity compliance.
