Job summary

Enterprise Automation, a Tetra Tech company, seeks an experienced OT Systems Engineer to design, review, and troubleshoot OT solutions in complex industrial environments. You will contribute to solution development, root cause analysis, and client-facing support, serving as a subject matter resource for OT best practices and risk reduction.

You will deliver network drawings, firewall rules, VM specs, and AD/GP configurations while collaborating on multi-project engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in OT/ICS environments and industrial networking.
• Strong troubleshooting in OT/ICS and security practices.
• Client-facing roles with clear documentation and guidance.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, virtualization, and networks.
• Knowledge of CISSP/GICSP/CISA/VCP certifications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, implement, and commission OT engineering solutions for client projects.
• Provide technical leadership on OT tech, networks, automation, and cybersecurity.
• Troubleshoot networking, firewall, OS, and virtualization issues; support RCAs.
• Evaluate options balancing performance, security, and maintainability; specify BOMs.
• Support OT cybersecurity best practices and risk reduction.
• Assist with OT investigations, upgrades, and integration efforts.
• Develop OT docs and drawings: network, IP schemes, firewall rules, VMs, AD/GP.
• Contribute to discovery, scoping, and solution discussions with clients.
