Job summary

Dow is seeking an OT Cyber Defense Specialist to protect its global manufacturing environment from cyber threats. The role is based in Midland, TX or Houston, TX and reports to the CSOC.

You will develop OT detection content, conduct advanced investigations, and lead cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives within a mature OT security program. You should bring deep OT engineering experience, knowledge of ICS/SCADA, and strong communication to explain risks to technical and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience (US E5) or 5 years relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant OT/cybersecurity experience.
• Deep knowledge of OT/ICS technologies and industrial networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT-focused detection use cases and monitoring capabilities.
• Investigate security events affecting OT and enterprise environments.
• Develop and maintain OT detection content, playbooks, and response procedures.
• Evaluate emerging threats and translate intelligence into defensive capabilities.
• Mentor analysts to develop OT expertise within the CSOC.
