Job summary

Dow is seeking an OT Cyber Defense Specialist in Midland, MI or Houston, TX to protect our manufacturing environments. You will lead OT-focused detection, investigate security events, and coordinate incident response within the CSOC alongside enterprise teams.

You should bring 3+ years of OT/ICS security experience, deep knowledge of DCS/PLC/SCADA, and the ability to translate complex risks for technical and business stakeholders. This role may require US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience at or above E5 (US) / PO2 or Sergeant (Canada) or 5 years in lieu.
• Minimum 3 years OT/ICS security experience.
• Deep OT engineering knowledge of DCS/PLC/SCADA and industrial networks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as OT SME for industrial control systems, OT networks, and related risks.
• Lead development of OT detection use cases and monitoring capabilities.
• Investigate security events affecting OT and enterprise environments; threat hunt and coordination.
• Evaluate emerging threats and translate intelligence into defensive capabilities.
• Develop detection content, playbooks, and incident response guidance for OT.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects to strengthen OT security posture.
• Mentor analysts to build OT expertise within CSOC.
