HF Sinclair is actively seeking an OT Cyber Analyst to strengthen security and visibility across its fleet of sites. You will interpret telemetry, assess risk, and guide improvements in monitoring, vulnerability management, and secure access within ISA/IEC 62443-aligned practices.

Based in Dallas and other U.S. locations, you will partner with OT, operations, IT, and vendors to deliver measurable security improvements and support regulatory readiness across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity/OT security or related fields.
• Experience with OT/ICS environments and IACS.
• Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443 principles and risk-based controls.

Responsabilités

• Oversee OT cybersecurity monitoring and telemetry across fleet environments (SIEM, Syslog, endpoint protection).
• Serve as liaison with 24/7 SOC to review, investigate, and escalate OT alerts and incidents.
• Lead OT cybersecurity incident response activities including investigations and remediation actions.
• Develop and enhance OT security monitoring use cases, dashboards, and escalation procedures.
• Identify gaps in asset visibility, monitoring coverage, and vulnerability management; drive improvements.
