Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking a Distributed Control System (DCS) Monitoring Analyst to support fleet-wide monitoring across multiple sites. You will coordinate with OT Cyber, regional teams, and site OT personnel to monitor DCS health, performance, reliability, and cybersecurity.

The role emphasizes developing dashboards, standard tools, and proactive responses to improve DCS availability. Travel to multiple sites is required as part of the job duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting industrial automation and control systems.
• Experience with OT cybersecurity technologies and security monitoring.
• Experience with DCS platforms (Honeywell, Siemens, Foxboro); Experion PKS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for enterprise DCS monitoring activities.
• Define, plan, and deploy standard tools to support monitoring activities.
• Perform centralized monitoring of DCS telemetry across fleet environments.
• Develop coordinated work processes to connect local, regional, and remote monitoring and response capabilities.
• Identify, document, track, and escalate gaps where OT assets are not surfaced in fleet tools.
• Maintain and improve fleet OT asset inventories and tool coverage across locations.
• Coordinate with site OT, operations, maintenance, and vendors to improve OT asset records.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide KPIs related to DCS health and performance.
• Analyze alarms, events, diagnostics, and performance trends to identify issues.
