Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking an OT Cyber Analyst to strengthen security, visibility, and resilience of Industrial Automation and Control Systems (IACS) across multiple HF Sinclair sites. You will interpret telemetry, assess risk, and drive improvements in monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and secure access.

The role requires collaboration with OT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity leads, regional support teams, and vendor stakeholders to reduce fleet-wide risk through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, OT security or equivalent.
• Experience with OT/industrial control systems and IACS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OT cybersecurity monitoring across fleet environments (SIEM, Syslog, endpoints).
• Lead incident response activities including investigations and containment.
• Develop and maintain OT monitoring use cases, dashboards and reporting.
• Improve OT asset visibility and vulnerability management across sites.
• Coordinate with OT, operations, IT and vendors to reduce fleet-wide risk.
