Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking an OT System & Infrastructure Specialist to support fleet-wide OT infrastructure for industrial control systems across multiple sites. The role involves technical administration, troubleshooting, patching, backup and recovery, and project support for OT servers, virtualization, networks, and firewalls, reporting to the OT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Lead.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in OT infrastructure, familiarity with Honeywell/Siemens/Foxboro

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in OT infrastructure or control systems.
• Experience with industrial automation environments (Honeywell/Foxboro/Siemens).
• Knowledge of Windows Server, AD, backups, networking, and firewalls.
• Travel up to 40% to support fleet sites.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support OT infrastructure across fleet locations.
• Provide hands-on IT/OT support for core platforms and lifecycle activities.
• Configure patching, backups, DR procedures, and system hardening.
• Coordinate with operations, IT, vendors, and site leadership.
• Maintain asset records, network diagrams, and documentation.
• Monitor health and performance; assist incident response and remediation.
• Support security updates and vulnerability remediation per policy.
• Lead cross-functional projects requiring OT infrastructure input.
