Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking an OT Cyber Analyst to strengthen the security and resilience of Industrial Automation and Control Systems (IACS) across fleet locations including Tulsa, OK and other sites in the U.S. The role focuses on monitoring telemetry, coordinating with the 24/7 SOC, and leading incident response activities to improve fleet-wide security posture.

The candidate will apply ISA/IEC 62443 concepts, manage vulnerability programs, and drive improvements in asset visibility,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity, OT security, or related fields with ownership of complex activities.
• Specialized knowledge of Operational Technology, IACS, PLC/SCADA, and refinery environments.
• Hands-on experience with security telemetry and monitoring tools including SIEM, Syslog, and endpoint protection.
• Experience building asset inventories, logging coverage, and vulnerability visibility in OT contexts.
• Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443 principles and practical control implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own OT cybersecurity monitoring across fleet environments and dashboards.
• Coordinate with the 24/7 SOC to review alerts, anomalies, and policy violations.
• Lead incident response activities including investigations and root cause analyses.
• Develop and enhance OT security monitoring use cases and escalation procedures.
• Address gaps in asset visibility, monitoring coverage, and vulnerability management.
• Lead vulnerability management efforts and track remediation actions.
• Analyze threat intel and patches to assess operational impact and mitigation.
• Report cybersecurity metrics related to monitoring and asset visibility.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and regulatory readiness activities.
