Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking an OT Cyber Analyst to strengthen security across multiple fleet locations. This role focuses on OT cybersecurity within IACS, interpreting telemetry, threats, and vulnerabilities, and driving improvements in monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and secure access across HF Sinclair sites.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in cybersecurity, OT security, IT security operations, or related fields with demonstrated ownership of complex security activities.
• Specialized knowledge of OT, IACS, PLC/SCADA, and refinery/process control environments.
• Hands-on experience with security telemetry, SIEM, vulnerability management, dashboards, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OT cybersecurity monitoring and telemetry health across fleet environments (SIEM, Syslog, endpoint protection, dashboards).
• Serve as liaison with 24/7 SOC to review and elevate OT alerts and anomalies.
• Lead OT cybersecurity incident response activities including investigations and containment planning.
• Develop and enhance OT security monitoring use cases, alerting, dashboards, and escalation procedures.
• Identify and resolve gaps in OT asset visibility, coverage, and vulnerability management.
• Lead vulnerability management efforts and track corrective actions.
• Analyze threat intel and advisories to assess operational impact and mitigation.
• Develop cybersecurity metrics for monitoring coverage and fleet visibility.
