Job summary

HF Sinclair is seeking an OT Infrastructure Specialist to manage fleet-wide OT infrastructure for industrial control systems. You will administer OT servers, endpoints, virtualization, networks, and security controls, reporting to the OT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Lead.

Collaboration with OT Cyber Analyst, regional teams, IT, vendors, and site stakeholders is essential. You will help with lifecycle management, patching, backup, and incident response support while coordinating with refinery

Qualifications

4–7 years OT infrastructure/industrial control systems experience.
Experience with Honeywell Experion PKS/FTE, Foxboro ICS, Siemens ICS.
Knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, AD, backups, networking, industrial firewalls.
Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443 concepts preferred.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Administer and support OT infrastructure across fleet locations (servers, virtualization, networks, firewalls, endpoints).
Provide advisory and hands-on support for OT infrastructure in IACS environments.
Assist with patching, backup schedules, and disaster recovery procedures.
Deploy and maintain centrally managed OT platforms and fleet tools.
Coordinate with operations, IT, vendors, and contractors for safe OT operation.
Maintain OT asset records, diagrams, configurations, backups, and documentation.
