Job summary

HF Sinclair is seeking an OT Cyber Analyst to strengthen security across multiple HF Sinclair sites in Dallas, TX and additional locations. You will interpret security telemetry, manage vulnerabilities, and lead incident response for Industrial Automation and Control Systems (IACS).

The role collaborates with OT/IT teams, vendors, and site stakeholders to reduce risk fleet-wide. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in OT/ICS security, deep knowledge of OT networks and ISA/IEC 62443, and hands-on

Qualifications

At least 5 years in cybersecurity, OT security, IT security operations, or related fields.
Specialized knowledge of OT, IACS, PLC/SCADA environments, and refinery/process control.
Hands-on experience with security telemetry, dashboards, and reporting; improve coverage and detections.
Experience maintaining fleet-wide asset inventories and IT/OT governance is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee OT cybersecurity monitoring and telemetry health across fleet environments.
Liaise with 24/7 SOC to review and elevate OT alerts and policy violations.
Lead OT cybersecurity incident response activities and root-cause analyses.
Develop and optimize OT security monitoring use cases, dashboards, and escalation procedures.
Identify gaps in asset visibility, monitoring, and vulnerability management; drive improvements.
Lead vulnerability management and track remediation actions; report results.
Analyze threat intel and advisories to assess operational impact and mitigations.
