Qualifications

• Experience administering OT infrastructure across fleet locations.
• Familiarity with industrial control system environments (IACS).
• Knowledge of system hardening, baselines, patching, backups, and DR procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support OT infrastructure (servers, virtualization, networks, firewalls, backups).
• Provide hands-on technical support for OT platforms and ICS environments.
• Coordinate with refinery operations, OT, IT, vendors, and contractors to ensure safe OT operation.
• Maintain and document OT asset records, diagrams, and configuration baselines.
• Assist with maintenance activities per change control procedures.
• Support security updates and vulnerability remediation as directed.
