Job summary

HF Sinclair is seeking an OT Infrastructure Specialist in Dallas to support fleet-wide OT infrastructure including servers, virtualization, networks, and industrial firewalls. You will help with lifecycle management, patching, backups, and disaster recovery while coordinating with OT Cybersecurity Lead, regional teams, and IT.

The role requires 4–7 years in OT infrastructure, familiarity with major control systems, and strong communication skills to explain technical issues to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in OT infrastructure or related fields.
• Experience with control systems such as Experion PKS/FTE, Foxboro ICs or Siemens IACS.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, networking, and industrial firewalls.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support OT infrastructure across fleet locations.
• Provide hands-on support for OT environments and IACS platforms.
• Assist with patching, backups, disaster recovery, and lifecycle management.
• Maintain network diagrams, asset records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with refinery operations, IT, vendors and contractors.
• Support security updates and incident response activities.
