Job summary

Powerback is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to help patients regain function across therapy settings. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments while focusing on the whole person.

You will collaborate with peers to address diverse patient needs and support referrals to ensure compassionate, high-quality care. This Full-Time role includes mentorship for new grads and opportunities to grow within a nationwide care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA/ACOTE.
• Initial certification from NBCOT.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, implement OT programs and activities, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.
• Address the whole patient and execute a program that restores, reinforces, and enhances physical abilities and independence.
• Collaborate with peers and facilitate referrals to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.

Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
