Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to implement OT programs in in-facility settings, delivering treatments and following recovery plans to help patients regain independence.

You will work under the Director of Rehab, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and enjoying a supportive mentorship and growth environment through our Clinicians in Action program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Initial NBCOT certification.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate patient care and referrals.
