Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients in a facility setting. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy to help patients regain independence and mobility.

As part of the rehab team, you will collaborate with staff, address whole-patient needs, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered care environment while reporting to the Director of Rehab.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients by implementing OT programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and help restore independence.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and refer to others when appropriate.
• Provide patient-centered care in a compassionate environment.
