Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy to help patients regain independence in facility-based settings.

You will work under the Director of Rehab, collaborate with the care team, and provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Eligible for licensure in the practice state, with NBCOT certification pursued as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Contribute to restoring patients' independence and quality of life.
