Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments under the supervision of the Director of Rehab.

Graduate of an accredited OTA program with NBCOT certification and state licensure eligibility is required. We value compassionate, patient-centered care and provide a mentorship program, CEUs, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Accredited OTA program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• NBCOT certification obtained.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement OT programs and activities for patients.
• Follow recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with rehab team to maximize independence.
• Support patient-centered care and adapt to needs.
• Document progress and communicate with Rehab Director.
