Job summary

Adventist Health Tillamook seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide prescribed therapies under supervision, including geriatric, orthopedic, neurologic, pediatric and neonatal rehab. This role supports splint follow-ups and various conditions, with minimal supervision and potential mentoring of staff.

Requirements include a high school diploma, an OT degree or equivalent, and CPR/BLS certification. Per diem, day shift, with opportunities for schedule coordination and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Education: high school or GED is required.
• Associate’s/Technical degree in occupational therapy or equivalent combo is required.
• Two years' rehabilitative services experience or OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements prescribed OT treatment plans and modalities.
• Transports and assists patients with transfers and daily activities.
• Assist with inpatient and outpatient schedules.
• Coordinate patient visit timing and report delays.
• Maintain and clean equipment and supplies.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
