Job summary

Apploi is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to implement therapy programs and provide treatments to residents under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities include ADL training, ROM exercises, group sessions, and documentation. Graduate of an OTA program with state licensure eligibility is required. The role supports resident independence in a compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program certified by AOTA.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Implements resident’s individualized treatment plan under the supervision of the OT.
• Provides OT treatments including activities of daily living and ROM exercises.
• Performs ADL evaluations under the OT direction.
• Organizes and facilitates treatment groups with the OT.
• Instructs residents and caregivers in OT techniques under supervision.
• Works with rehab team to develop programs per resident needs.
