Responsibilities

• Completes evaluations to establish individualized treatment plans.
• Provides therapy interventions and discharge plans with communication to appropriate parties.
• Completes comprehensive clinical documentation within established deadlines.
• Supervises assigned assistants.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
