• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments per plan and regulatory requirements.
• Role involves standing, walking, lifting, transferring, and repositioning patients/equipment.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehab plan: manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, devices, wound care.
• Provide consultation to patients, families, caregivers, and other providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries ensuring regulatory compliance.
