Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
• Preferred CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow all state laws governing occupational therapy in home care and the supervising OT's treatment plan.
• Instruct and assist patients in evidence-based therapy within OTA scope.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses and changes to the supervising team.
• Educate patient, family, and caregivers about therapy within OTA scope.
• Function effectively in diverse home settings.
