Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident treatment per plan of care.
• Deliver individual, concurrent, and group sessions.
• Document services promptly in Rehab Optima.
• Show courtesy, compassion and respect to residents and staff.
• Participate in program development and team decisions.
• Support quality improvement activities and admin duties.
