We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehabilitation team at Brookside Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Roslyn, Pennsylvania. As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Brookside, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to our residents.

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Brookside, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care, including individual, concurrent, and group treatment modalities
• Providing excellent training for residents and caregivers
• Documenting services provided within Rehab Optima on a timely basis
• Exhibiting courtesy, compassion, and respect to residents, families, caregivers, visitors, physicians, administrators, and co-workers in each and every interaction
• Participating in clinical program development and implementation, as well as contributing to the team meeting and decision-making process
• Participating in quality improvement activities and performing additional assigned administrative duties as needed
