Job summary

Brookside Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Roslyn, Pennsylvania, is seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehabilitation team. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality, resident-centered therapy.

Responsibilities include direct treatment per plan of care, training residents and caregivers, accurate documentation in Rehab Optima, and contributing to program development within a collaborative, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and licensed in Pennsylvania.
• New grads welcome.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident treatment per plan of care (individual, concurrent, and group).
• Provide training for residents and caregivers.
• Document services in Rehab Optima promptly.
• Exhibit courtesy, compassion and respect to residents, families, caregivers, visitors, physicians, administrators, and co-workers.
