Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide therapy services under supervision, delivering high-quality care in accordance with standards. You will work with patients in diverse care communities, maintain licensure, participate in continuing education, and collaborate with a clinical team.

Qualifications

• Graduated from ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid OT Assistant state license.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support patients in improving functional abilities under supervision of an OT.
• Contribute to OT assistant program development and success.
• Engage in collaboration, self-study and continuing education to grow clinical and leadership skills.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on OT and healthcare developments.
• Apply appropriate billing practices and treatment delivery models while meeting clinical and regulatory standards.
• Deliver care aligned with treatment goals and produce meaningful outcomes.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols within the facility.
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English for effective communication.
