Job summary

Powerback Rehab is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to join the Clovis HC and Rehab Center on a full-time basis. You will implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow established recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments to help patients regain function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Help restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to support patient needs and referrals.
• Provide patient-centered, compassionate care to patients and families.
