Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our facility-based rehab team. You will implement occupational therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver effective treatments to help patients regain independence.

As a dedicated OTA, you will address whole-patient needs, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support a caring, patient-centered environment across our facilities.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program per ACOTE standards.
• Initial NBCOT certification.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsabilidades

• Implement OTA programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments to help patients regain function.
• Collaborate with peers and refer to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain compassionate, patient-centered care.
