Job summary

WCL Group seeks an Application Support Engineer III in Pasadena, TX to deploy, maintain, and lifecycle PCN/OT application systems across on-premise and Azure environments. You will ensure cybersecurity, manage licenses, and automate tasks with PowerShell while supporting OS and application patch cycles.

You will work with VMware ESXi/vCenter for virtualization, and collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, and operations teams to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting server-based on premise and Azure apps in OT and business networks.
• Experience deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting Windows servers.
• Experience in design, testing and implementation for system deployments or lifecycle projects.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and lifecycle PCN/OT application systems on premise and Azure.
• Provide troubleshooting for Microsoft Windows Server environments to minimize downtime.
• Administer and maintain VMware ESXi and vCenter infrastructure.
• Ensure cybersecurity standards using Nessus, Tanium, and change management processes.
• Manage software licenses and patch cycles per OT security protocols.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate maintenance, monitoring, and reporting.
• Support deployment projects and document configurations and resolutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and cybersecurity teams to resolve issues.
