Quanta Power Solutions seeks an IT Support Analyst III to deliver advanced technical support and maintain IT systems for corporate operations and field projects. This senior role covers both office and field environments, including OT systems essential to energy infrastructure.

You will escalate, lead infrastructure initiatives, and partner with cyber, engineering, and project teams to boost performance, security, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5-8 years of IT support, systems administration, or related role.
• Strong experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience administering Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, network issues across offices and field sites.
• Lead technical escalation for service desk and junior IT staff.
• Manage identity, patching, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
