Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a similar OT support role.
• Proficiency in computer applications and Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge and mastery of computer hardware and software; fluent English (70%).
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN networks and IT security basics.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, printers, and related peripherals.
• Provide end-user technical support for software, hardware and system issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for IT equipment and servers.
• Collaborate with business departments to implement IT solutions and improve operations.
• Manage and support IT-approved equipment and networks and administer user accounts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
• Support OT devices and systems such as scanners, printers, and warehouse tech.
• Assist with data extraction, scripts and basic automation tasks.
