Job summary

ASPIRA, Inc. of Pennsylvania supports an OST program, assisting day-to-day operations and coordinating activities from Homework Assistance to enrichment options like Visual Arts, Music, and Nutrition services.

Responsibilities include collaborating with staff to run program components for students from Kinder through 12th grade, focusing on the Latino and African American communities. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred to reach families effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or human services field with 1 year experience with children.
• Bachelor's degree including 30 credits in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or human services and 1 year experience with children.
• Associate's degree including 30 credits in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or human services and 3 years experience with school aged children.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the OST Program.
• Support Homework Assistance and enrichment activities such as Visual Arts, Music, Performing Arts, and Nutritional services.
• Engage with the Latino and African American communities and promote inclusive programming.
