Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in public admin/related field required.
  • 3 years of professional program development, implementation, and administration experience.
  • Equivalency: 1 year of education may substitute for each year of experience.
  • No licensure required.

Responsibilities

  • Set goals, policies, and quality standards for OCA's OST program and evolve processes as the program grows.
  • Manage the OST budget and oversee contracts, partners, and consultants toward outcomes.
  • Plan citywide OST convenings, communities of practice, and learning events.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and represent OCA with community groups and city agencies.
  • Coach partners with feedback and oversee program evaluation to drive improvements.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration / related field
