Job summary

The City and County of Denver seeks an OST Program Manager within the Office of Children’s Affairs to lead high-quality out-of-school time experiences for youth across Denver. You’ll manage the Denver Afterschool Alliance, guide program quality, and collaborate with schools, city agencies, and community organizations.

You will design trainings, coach partners, oversee budgets, and monitor outcomes to drive equity and positive youth development across the OST ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent
  • 3+ years of full-performance professional level experience developing programs
  • Experience managing budgets and grants preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish desired

Responsibilities

  • Lead OST program strategy, goals, and quality standards for OCA's OST program.
  • Oversee Denver Afterschool Alliance (DAA) and manage contracted partners and consultants.
  • Plan citywide OST events, communities of practice, and professional learning.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training on youth development, trauma-informed care, and SEL.
  • Manage budget, grant administration, and program evaluation.
  • Represent OCA with internal and external partners and coalitions.
