Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Laborer II to provide outside plant installation support for utility construction sites. The candidate should have 1+ year in utility construction and 6+ months operating drills, hydro, mini excavators, or bucket trucks.

A valid driver's license and CDL are preferred, with OSHA 10 preferred and obtainable within 6 months. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, with travel nationwide and a commitment to the ALL IN culture and safety

Qualifications

• 1+ year of utility construction experience.
• 6+ months of equipment operating experience (Drill, Hydro, Mini, Bucket Truck).
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Class A CDL driving preferred; OSHA 10 preferred (ability to obtain within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Performs general manual labor in all weather conditions, including digging, installing utilities, and material movement.
• Supports crew with jobsite setup and closeout tasks (loading/unloading, signaling, prepping equipment).
• Operates heavy equipment (directional drill, mini excavator, hydro truck, bucket truck) with guidance.
• Meets production expectations set by Foreman or management.
• Reads prints and construction drawings to guide work.
• Under supervision, locates utilities and participates in safety training and reporting.
