Job summary

Base-2 Solutions in Bethesda, MD seeks a TS/SCI-cleared OSINT Platform User Support Specialist 2 to support the DOMEX Technology Platform mission. You will help IC users search for and retrieve data using POSTMAN, a DoD-wide workflow management platform for Open Source Intelligence.

The role is suited for a current or former intelligence analyst or instructor who enjoys helping users, developing tradecraft, and working with mission partners.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of OSINT/intelligence analyst experience.
• Additional related experience as a military intelligence analyst may substitute for a degree.
• Experience with Intelligence Community and Law Enforcement Agencies.
• Experience creating user guides and training end users for software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Become a POSTMAN power user to support the discovery of critical intelligence insights.
• Provide POSTMAN software familiarization and discovery tradecraft support to IC users.
• Collaborate with POSTMAN team members, customer staff, and IC users to understand requirements and outcomes.
• Provide subject matter expertise on platform use and discovery tradecraft through in-person and virtual outreach.
• Build professional relationships to enable use of novel technologies for data discovery.
• Identify opportunities to increase user adoption of POSTMAN and relevant data.
• Create POSTMAN training and familiarization materials for users.
• Document and communicate user requirements to POSTMAN development teams.
• Collect and analyze metrics to refine user engagements and improve data discovery.
