Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an OSHA Associate in Phoenix, AZ to guide clients on workplace safety compliance and related labor matters. The role emphasizes advising on OSHA regulations and managing employment litigation and related duties.

The ideal candidate will have a J.D., 3+ years of employment litigation experience (OSHA experience required) and admission to the State Bar. Class actions or public sector experience is a plus, with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with exceptional academic credentials.
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience preferred; OSHA experience required.
• Class action or public sector experience is a plus.
• Admitted to practice law in the State Bar of the Associate's primary office.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide clients on workplace safety and health compliance.
• Manage outside counsel and vendors on global EH&S issues.
• Develop relationships with regulatory agencies and influence policy development.
• Handle litigation related to workplace safety and discrimination matters.
• Represent clients in negotiations and mediations.
• Provide crisis management for workplace safety and health issues.
