Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an OSHA Associate Attorney in Jacksonville, FL to advise clients on workplace safety and OSHA compliance while handling general labor and employment matters.

The role requires a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and at least 3 years of employment litigation experience with OSHA exposure; Bar admission in Florida is expected. You will manage outside counsel and interact with regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school with strong academics.
• At least 3 years of employment litigation experience; OSHA experience required.
• Class action or public sector experience is a plus.
• Bar admission in the appropriate State Bar.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on workplace safety compliance under OSHA.
• Manage outside counsel and vendors on EH&S issues.
• Develop training programs and policies to address risk.
• Build relationships with regulatory agencies to influence policy.
• Handle litigation related to workplace safety and discrimination.
• Represent clients in negotiations and mediations.
• Provide crisis management for health and safety issues.
