Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in New Orleans, LA seeks an Employment Litigation and OSHA Associate to join our growing employment practice. You will defend and litigate employment-related claims, represent employers in court and before agencies, and provide strategic advice on labor and employment laws while coordinating with the OSHA practice group.

The role requires a JD, 3+ years of litigation experience (employment law preferred), Louisiana Bar admission, and exposure to federal litigation.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 3+ years of litigation experience; employment law background preferred.
• OSHA experience or willingness to practice in OSHA preferred.
• Current Louisiana Bar admission.
• Some experience in Federal litigation required.

Responsibilities

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination.
• Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration.
• Provide advice and counsel on labor and employment laws and regulations.
• Emphasize OSHA work and collaborate with the OSHA practice group.
